Claire Carter BSc (Hons) MSGD, is a qualified horticulturist and has been designing gardens for over twenty years. A Registered Member with the Society of Garden Designers, Claire's career started when her design for a country garden won the Daily Telegraph Garden Design Competition - constructed at Chelsea Flower Show in 1983.
Design commissions range from extensive country house gardens to smaller town gardens and courtyards with many of Claire's garden design projects now reaching maturity. In some case, where clients have moved to a new property, another garden design project has been commissioned. Claire has worked on a wide range of challenging garden design projects in East Anglia and more recently in the West Country.
Now based in Wales, Claire offers her garden design services in south Wales, Monmouthshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Somerset. A full range of design services from consultation and advice to a full-scale garden design is available.
