I have been designing gardens for more than twenty years, am a qualified horticulturist and a registered Member of the Society of Garden Designers. My career started when my design for a country garden won the Daily Telegraph Garden Design Competition - constructed at Chelsea Flower Show in 1983.
 
Commissions over the years have ranged from extensive country house gardens to smaller town gardens and courtyards. Many of the gardens are now reaching maturity and in some cases where clients have moved to a new property, another design project has resulted.

I have been fortunate in having the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging projects in East Anglia and more recently in the West Country. I have now settled in South Wales and look forward to working in a new area.
 
I would be happy to consider projects further afield, but will be working mainly in South Wales, Somerset, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. I offer a full range of design services from consultation and advice to a full-scale garden design.
